I’m not sure if my mind has fully recovered from all of the
sex kink holyjawdroppingkinkdom activities that took place in this book. I wasn’t sure if I had a hard limit when it came to kink… I. DO. Yep. I. F’n. DO. If it involves crisco and a glove? TAP. ME. OUT. I couldn’t help but think of Mary Poppins’ purse during and after every “play” session.
It was truly amazing what Roe was able to “endure.” *waggles eyebrows* There were moments when I hurt just thinking about the logistics of the incredible feat they were trying to accomplish.
”It was a bit. It was of some sort of soft material that didn’t puncture when I sank my teeth into it but did give, which meant it would absorb the shock. The thought I was going to need shock absorption really fucking turned me on.”
“Keep the bit in your mouth, but if it gets to be too much, spit it out and tell me to stop. If you can’t for some reason, shake your head no. Other than that, I’m not going to stop. We’re going to ride, pony. You’re going to ride this bench hard and fast, and I’m going to hold your lead and whip your fine ass the whole way. Nod if you understand.”
It was SOOOO good. The subtle sweetness and love they had for each other was perfect. Even during their scenes there was such tenderness. The life they found together and with everyone around them (especially Haley) was beautiful to “see.” Roe’s self discovery at the end left me with warm fuzzies.
I really loved this book. And bonus…It was an educational experience on my kink limits which I am thankful for.
”Hate can never be love, not for any excuse.”
